Key Responsibilities

- Text Classification: Categorize text data into predefined categories (e.g., sentiment analysis, spam filtering, topic detection).
- Named Entity Recognition (NER): Identify and label entities such as names, organizations, and locations within text.
- Coreference Resolution: Identify phrases referring to the same entity to improve AI text coherence.
- Intent Annotation: Classify text based on intent (e.g., customer requests, complaints).
- Semantic Role Labeling: Label the roles of entities within sentences to enhance understanding of sentence structure.
