LAND ACQUISITION OFFICERS

We are seeking dynamic result-oriented Land Acquisition & Liaisoning Professionals to handle our ever-expanding Land acquisition requirements across India. The ideal candidate will have experience getting land allotments done from various state government Industrial development agencies as well as acquisition of agricultural/non-agricultural lands from private land owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist land parcels (privately owned & government owned), across India as per organizational requirements.
- Prepare applications, DPRs, do presentations and follow up for successful allocation of land in suitable Industrial parks being developed by State level Industrial Development bodies.
- Conduct site visits, land surveys, due-diligence checks,



and feasibility assessments.
- Build robust relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and government agencies.
- Handle documentation related to land acquisition including agreements, title verification, legal compliance, sale deeds, mutation etc.
- Coordinate with government departments for Land use change, Building Plan approvals, Fire NOCs, NHAI permissions, Forest, PCB, EC and other statutory clearances.
- Get boundary wall demarcation done and resolve any land-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4 to 10 years of experience doing similar work.
- Sound understanding of land revenue records with attention to detail
- Knowledge of zoning laws, approval processes and local development regulations.
- You should have handled land acquisitions in the 10-50 Acres range. (Experience buying/selling residential plots & apartments is not relevant).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
