Key Responsibilities
Labour Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of deployment-ready agricultural workers.
Identify and activate labour supply pockets across Solapur, Tembhurni, and nearby villages.
Develop sourcing channels through referrals, community networks, mukadams, field outreach, WhatsApp, IVR, and social media campaigns.
Strengthen referral-based sourcing to improve worker quality and reduce sourcing costs.
Build long-term relationships with village leaders, labour contractors, and local influencers.
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Labour Sourcing Executives.
Set daily and weekly sourcing targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and worker conversion rates.
Coach and train team members on effective sourcing and onboarding practices.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
Worker Onboarding & Deployment
Ensure workers complete registration and onboarding on the Bharat Intelligence platform.
Verify worker documentation and deployment readiness.
Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure timely labour deployment.
Track worker availability and maintain accurate deployment records.
Monitor worker attendance, no-show rates, and retention trends.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain daily sourcing reports and workforce dashboards.
Track sourcing funnel metrics including: Workers Contacted
Qualified Workers
Onboarded Workers
Deployment-Ready Workers
Analyse sourcing channel performance and cost per acquisition.
Forecast labour availability based on seasonal demand.
Identify supply gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with village communities, labour groups, mukadams, and local influencers.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Deployment, and Field teams.
Resolve sourcing-related issues and workforce challenges promptly.
Process Improvement
Develop scalable sourcing strategies for current clusters.
Improve worker retention through engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding standards.
Recommend improvements to sourcing processes and operational efficiency. Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Degree in Agriculture, Rural Management, or related field is preferred.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Labour Sourcing, Workforce Mobilisation, Field Recruitment, Rural Staffing, or Blue-Collar Hiring.
Experience managing field sourcing teams is mandatory.
Experience in agricultural labour, rural operations, or staffing is preferred.
