Role Description The Laboratory Technician role at Intertek in Bengaluru is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting laboratory testing and quality assurance activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing samples, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and performing routine and specialized tests in line with established procedures and safety standards. The role involves recording and analyzing test data, supporting quality control checks,



and assisting senior laboratory staff with ongoing projects and client assignments.

The Laboratory

Technician will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation, uphold regulatory and company standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and practical experience working as laboratory technicians.

B.Tech, Diploma, B.Sc, in Textiles

Candidates should be proficient in handling and maintaining laboratory equipment in a safe and effective manner.

Candidates should have solid analytical skills to interpret test results and identify anomalies or trends.

Candidates should be familiar with quality control practices and standards applicable to laboratory environments.

Relevant diploma or degree in chemistry, biology, laboratory technology, or related scientific field.

Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and strong documentation skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate in a fast-paced laboratory setting.
