Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Lab Technicians / Medical Laboratory Technologists to join diagnostic and clinical laboratory teams in India and the UAE. You will execute laboratory testing across various disciplines (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology), maintaining strict quality control and ensuring rapid turnaround times for accurate patient diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

⚬ Collect, process, and analyze clinical specimens (blood, tissue, fluids) following standard operating procedures.

⚬ Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on automated laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.

⚬ Prepare reagents, solutions, and slides necessary for accurate test execution.

⚬ Validate, record, and enter test results accurately into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

⚬ Adhere to strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols and biosafety rules.





⚬ Report critical or panic lab values immediately to attending physicians or senior pathologists.

⚬ Manage specimen inventory, track sample storage, and ensure compliance with medical waste disposal guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications For India Openings:

⚬ Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).

⚬ Licensure: Relevant state council registration (where applicable).

⚬ Experience: 0 to 5+ years of diagnostic laboratory experience (fresh graduates with internship training welcomed).

For UAE Openings

⚬ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) / Clinical Laboratory Science (minimum 3-year program).

⚬ Licensure: Valid DHA (Dubai), MOH, or DoH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi) license or active eligibility letter as a Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist.

⚬ Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience post-graduation.

⚬ Language: Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
