Role Description The Label Package Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, functional, and compliant labels and packaging designs for reusable food containers. This full-time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore and involves collaborating closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to translate brand guidelines and product requirements into clear, attractive package designs. Day-to-day tasks include developing label layouts, selecting colors and typography, preparing print-ready artwork, and ensuring designs meet regulatory, material, and manufacturing constraints.

The role also involves reviewing prototypes, coordinating with vendors or printing partners, updating designs based on feedback, and maintaining design files and documentation for multiple product lines.





The Label Package

Designer contributes to brand consistency and supports product launches through timely, accurate, and market-relevant packaging design.

Qualifications Strong graphic and package design capabilities, including experience with label layout, typography, color theory, and visual branding.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of prepress and print production processes.

Understanding of packaging materials, container shapes, and practical constraints related to reusable food storage products and their labels.

Ability to interpret brand guidelines, product specifications, and regulatory requirements, and translate them into clear, accurate label information and design.

Effective collaboration and communication skills, including working with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback, and managing multiple design projects and deadlines.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining design quality and consistency across product lines.

Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field; prior experience in packaging or FMCG design is an advantage.

Interest in sustainable packaging solutions and willingness to learn about reusable food container standards and industry trends.
