– L2 LOS Application Support with SQL

Role: L2 LOS Application Support Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Thousand Light , Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for LOS applications and ensure high application availability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor application health, logs, and batch processes.
- Coordinate with L1 support, development, QA, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Support application deployments, release activities, and post-release validation.
- Prepare incident reports, knowledge base documents, and support documentation.
- Participate in on-call support and handle critical production issues.

Required Skills




- Strong experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) application support.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle/MS SQL Server).
- Good understanding of production support, incident management, and SLA management.
- Experience in log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA), and release management.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
