L1 Support Engineer Team/ Department: Engineering Position: L1 Trainee / L1 support engineer Candidate Profile Preference 0-1 Yrs. of experience.

Required Skills / Technologies A Level 1 Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers.�

This includes resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. The engineer will also monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance, as well as provide technical advice and assistance.�

Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues.Document customer interactions and resolutions in support tickets.

Determine the severity of the customer�s problem and escalate issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support personnel as needed.�

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.�

Knowledge of various operating systems and troubleshooting tools is also key. Qualification BE/ B.Tech.� CTC Offered As per industry standards.
