? Role Details

- Role: L1 Service Desk / IT Helpdesk Engineer
- Company Payroll: Trigent Software (Contract-to-Hire / C2H on Permanent Payroll)
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (High possibility of extension/conversion)
- Work Location: 100% Remote ?
- Shift Details: 24/7 Rotational Coverage (Aligned to US EST & CST time zones)
- Compensation: Up to ₹11 LPA (Based on experience)

? Key Responsibilities

- Voice & Queue Support: Handle inbound phone queues via cloud telephony platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect) and manage ticket queues in ServiceNow (SNoW) .
- Onboarding Support: Perform outbound Day 1 welcome and onboarding calls for new users.
- Virtual Desktop Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD) access, session freezes, authentication, and FSLogix profile persistence.
- Microsoft 365 & Identity: Support M365 apps (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams), account provisioning in Active Directory , MFA resets, and licensing tokens.
- Workstation & Peripherals: Troubleshoot drive mapping, shared file permissions, local printers, scanners,



and endpoint connectivity.

? What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk role supporting US/Global users.
- Mandatory Voice Experience: Exceptional spoken & written English communication with strong phone presence.
- Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow , AVD/WVD , Active Directory , and M365 Admin .
- Work Setting: Comfortable working rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) in a remote setup with a reliable Windows computer and high-speed internet.
- Prior experience supporting Healthcare/HIPAA-compliant environments is a plus!
