Position KST / Kitchen Steward

Department Operations / Kitchen

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant areas
- Wash utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment, and cookware
- Ensure proper washroom cleaning and maintenance
- Perform floor mopping and general housekeeping activities
- Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness during operations
- Refill cleaning supplies and maintain sanitation materials
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure dining and back-area cleanliness as per company standards

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Physically active and team-oriented

Preferred

- Experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or housekeeping operations is an added advantage
