The move strengthens its regional leadership as the firm targets growth in key verticals used by dealers, distributors and fleets. Signals push into sectors serving tyre dealers, distributors and fleets Role and remit Klipboard said Hills brings nearly two decades of SaaS leadership in scaling software businesses and improving customer success. He will lead regional strategy and execution across sales, services and support. “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Mike to the Klipboard leadership team. His customer-first mindset and proven ability to lead high-performing teams make him the ideal person to spearhead our next phase of growth in the region,” said James Mitchell, CEO, Klipboard Europe. Klipboard software is used across automotive and distribution, areas where tyre dealers and fleets are accelerating digitisation.
Recent activity includes the RAM Tracking acquisition to deepen asset and fleet visibility, and wider UK roll-outs of connected workflows across the sector. These developments point to tighter integration between service, logistics and finance for trade users. For context,
UK tyre networks and suppliers have been standardising digital job flow and dealer connectivity, from CAM’s TiDaeX-ready platforms to network integrations that reduce admin and speed payments.
Hills’ remit aligns with that shift to connected, data-driven operations. Company background Kerridge Commercial Systems rebranded as Klipboard earlier this year to unify its portfolio across wholesale distribution, automotive, field service, retail, rental, transport management and manufacturing. The group also partners with Phocas Software on analytics and FP&A;, where Hills previously led global customer teams. “I'm excited to join Klipboard at such a dynamic time.
The opportunity to help shape the future of Klipboard and support customers across the UK and Ireland is incredibly energising. I look forward to working with the team to deliver even more value to our users and partners,” said Mike Hills. Klipboard customers and partners in the UK and Ireland can expect a continued focus on deployment speed, integration and measurable outcomes as Hills takes charge of the regional plan. We will track early priorities, including product roll-outs and partner programmes relevant to tyre dealers and fleets.
