Job Summary

We are looking for an Ironclad CLM specialist with hands-on experience configuring contract workflows, templates, approvals, and related CLM functionality.

Responsibilities

- Configure Ironclad workflows for NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, amendments, and other contract types.
- Build and maintain workflow forms, approval routing, templates, playbooks, and metadata.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Ironclad configurations.
- Configure user roles, permissions, contract fields, and workflow rules.
- Support requirements gathering, testing/UAT, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Work with Salesforce and business teams to align CLM workflows with existing processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in CLM implementation, SaaS implementation, or technical consulting.




- Hands-on experience with Ironclad specifically.
- Robust experience with workflow, template, approval, and metadata configuration.
- Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Understanding of contract processes across Sales, Legal, Finance, or Procurement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
