Role & Responsibilities Restaurant General Manager (Pizza Hut)
- Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent service experience.
- Achieve business targets through effective team management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in QSR/Food & Beverage/Retail operations preferred.
- Prior experience as Restaurant Manager/RGM/Store Manager preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Good understanding of sales, operations, and customer service.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
