Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Engineer/Analyst with strong expertise in the Hyperscience platform. The role involves end-to-end form training, document classification, and data extraction to support high-volume processing and automation workflows.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing document processing pipelines, mapping structured/semi-structured documents, and configuring validation rules to ensure accuracy and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure document classification and data extraction workflows using Hyperscience
- Perform end-to-end form training including layout definition and data capture configuration
- Map structured and semi-structured document layouts with exact field boundary identification
- Define and implement validation rules to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for improved extraction performance
- Handle exceptions and edge cases in document processing workflows
- Integrate Hyperscience solutions with downstream systems using APIs
- Support high-volume document processing and case management pipelines
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements




- Continuously improve automation workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 9–15 years of experience in Document Processing / IDP solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Hyperscience platform
- Expertise in document classification, extraction, and model training
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured documents
- Knowledge of OCR, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation concepts
- Experience in defining validation logic and handling exception workflows
- Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

- Hyperscience certification (Developer / Practitioner)
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, or KYC document processing
- Exposure to Life Insurance / Annuity document workflows
- Experience with other IDP tools (ABBYY, Kofax, UiPath, etc.)

Good to Have

- Understanding of case management systems and workflow automation
- Knowledge of RPA or process automation tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
