professional to join our HR team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll
processing.
Position Summary
The Payroll Assistant Manager / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-
end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining payroll
records, and supporting employees with payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees across locations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements,
and full & final settlements.

Validate attendance, leave records, variable pay inputs, and payroll data before
processing.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund,



and Income
Tax (TDS).

Resolve employee payroll queries and generate payroll-related documents.
Prepare payroll MIS, reconciliations, and management reports.
Support audits and payroll process improvements.
Mandatory/Preferred experience managing payroll for 350-500+ employees
Required Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related fields.
4-8 year's experience.
Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRMS platforms.
Robust understanding of payroll taxation and statutory compliance in India.

Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
Desired Skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, communication skills, stakeholder
management, confidentiality, and time management.
Position Details
Experience: 4-10 Years
Industry Preference: IT Distribution, Technology, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or
Corporate Payroll Operations.
