Job Summary

Accelerate is InMobi's AI-native omnichannel advertising platform, purpose-built for SMBs and agencies. Architected from inception to be genuinely self-serve, Accelerate employs AI to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across channels continuously learning from advertiser interactions to make sophisticated advertising accessible without requiring deep domain expertise or manual intervention.

Measurement, optimization, and data intelligence constitute the foundational competitive advantage of Accelerate. The platform's ability to attribute outcomes with precision, act on performance signals intelligently, and make data a first-class asset across every module will determine its long-term differentiation in the market. This role exists to own that capability in its entirety.

As Group Product Manager for Measurement, Optimization Data Intelligence, you will hold end-to-end ownership of Accelerate's intelligence layer defining how the platform captures performance signals, attributes outcomes across channels, acts on data to improve advertiser results, and ensures that data flows coherently across the platform to strengthen every other capability. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, Accelerate, you will serve as the measurement and data authority across the product and engineering organization.

This is a greenfield mandate. There is no inherited system to maintain. You will define the architecture, the product vision, and the sequencing of execution from first principles.

Responsibilities

- Define and Own the Measurement Vision for Accelerate. You will establish the strategic direction for how Accelerate attributes and communicates advertiser performance across channels, campaign types, and verticals. This encompasses the frameworks, partnerships, and platform capabilities that give advertisers clarity on outcomes and confidence in their investment. Measurement is to be treated as a platform-wide capability with strategic significance, not merely a reporting surface and you will be accountable for its evolution accordingly.
- Build and Own the Optimization Engine. Performance measurement and performance improvement are inseparable. You will own the systems and product experiences through which Accelerate acts on data surfacing recommendations, enabling automated adjustments, and equipping advertisers and agencies to optimize at a scale and velocity that manual management cannot sustain. In close partnership with ML and data science teams, you will define the objectives these systems optimize for and the product experiences through which their outputs are delivered to users with transparency and trust.

- Own the Accelerate Data Stack. You will serve as the data product owner for Accelerate as a platform defining how data is captured, structured, enriched, and made accessible across all modules. This scope extends beyond measurement: the intelligence underpinning media plan creation, campaign recommendations, audience signals, and AI-driven features depends on the integrity of the data layer you govern. You will partner with engineering to ensure that data is treated as a strategic platform asset from the ground up.
- Shape the AI-First Measurement and Optimization Experience. You will identify where AI meaningfully advances advertiser understanding and decision-making not as an incidental feature, but as a structural mechanism through which Accelerate learns, improves, and creates value. From intelligent anomaly detection to cross-channel attribution to AI-driven budget guidance, you will define and champion measurement capabilities that are visible, trustworthy, and practically useful to advertisers who may have limited ad tech expertise.
- Evaluate and Drive Strategic Measurement Partnerships. As Accelerate scales, you will assess and own third-party measurement and data partnerships from a product perspective determining what is built in-house versus integrated externally, and ensuring the platforms measurement infrastructure remains current with an evolving privacy and attribution landscape.
- Operate as a Senior Product Leader Across the Organization. This is a high-seniority, high-visibility role with commensurate responsibility. You will engage with staff engineers, data scientists, and ML teams as a domain peer, driving architectural decisions rather than delegating them. You will bring a point of view to the broader product organization, influencing priorities beyond your immediate domain and raising the standard for how Accelerate builds with data and intelligence at its core.

The Experience We Require
- 10+ Years in Ad Tech with Substantive Depth in Measurement, Data, or Optimization - Your professional background spans programmatic advertising, performance marketing platforms, retail media, or DSP/SSP infrastructure, with measurement, data,

or optimization as a sustained area of ownership rather than a peripheral responsibility. You have built systems that close the loop between advertising investment and business outcomes, and have done so at meaningful scale.
- A Rigorous Point of View on Attribution - You possess a thorough understanding of the attribution landscape the full range of available methodologies, where each is appropriate, where each introduces error, and how to evolve an attribution strategy in step with a platforms maturity. You approach attribution as a product problem requiring both technical precision and user trust, not solely as a data science exercise.
- Cross-Channel Optimization Expertise - You have designed or owned optimization capabilities whether in budget management, bidding strategy, delivery pacing, or automated recommendations and you understand both the technical architecture and the product design required to make these systems effective. You have defined what signals matter, what constraints must be enforced, and how automated outputs are surfaced to users in a manner that is trustworthy and actionable.
- Data Architecture Fluency - You think in data systems. You understand how data moves across a platform from event capture through transformation, enrichment, and consumption and you are practiced at partnering with data engineering and machine learning teams to build infrastructure that is both robust and scalable. You have owned a data product or held accountability for a data model within a complex ad tech setting.
- Technical Depth Across the Programmatic Stack - You have worked in close partnership with DSP teams, programmatic infrastructure, or performance measurement systems. You are capable of engaging as a peer with staff engineers and ML practitioners on architectural decisions, not merely on requirements definition. You understand how ad platforms ingest, process, and act on data at scale.
- AI-Native Product Thinking - You have shipped AI-powered product capabilities and understand the discipline this requires designing for variability in model outputs, establishing user trust in automated systems, and making deliberate choices about when AI reasoning is surfaced versus abstracted. You integrate AI natively into your own working practice and bring substantive curiosity to the next generation of AI-driven optimization in advertising.
