Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data integration and automate business processes within Salesforce.

Provide customer support through email, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with implementation teams to improve internal processes and service delivery.

Configure and optimize Salesforce Prospect Stages and Record Types to support the sales lifecycle.

Digitize lead and opportunity management by implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and reducing manual processes.

Work closely with business users to identify process gaps and deliver end-user training on Salesforce Service Cloud.

Create, execute, and manage WhatsApp, Email, and SMS marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Design and implement automated customer journeys to improve customer engagement and increase conversions.

Configure and manage Email Studio and Mobile Studio for campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance across multiple channels and generate reports with actionable insights.

Ensure CRM data accuracy,



maintain campaign records, and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Knowledge of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and campaign management.

Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and customer engagement.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Job Details:

Work Timings: (Flexible shifts: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

6-day working week with alternate Saturdays off

Candidate should be willing to travel/work anywhere in Bangalore or Karnataka based on business requirements.

Good communication skills in Kannada and English are mandatory.
