Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit H1B Transfer and OPT candidates and place them with clients.
- Market and place IT consultants on C2C opportunities
- Marketing consultants through job portals and vendor networks
- Expertise in marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC and EAD consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Submit consultants to relevant client requirements
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews
- End-to-end consultant management
- Strong knowledge of IT skills in demand in the market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and achieve targets

Required Skills:
1-3 years’ experience in US IT Staffing
Strong vendor network across the USA
Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Ceipal, and VMS portals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of US work authorization and IT technologies
