Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and map them to Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities.
- System Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash and Bank Management) based on business requirements.
- Solution Design: Design functional solutions to address business needs and ensure seamless integration with other modules.
- Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the project.
- Testing & Documentation: Develop test scripts, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare functional documentation for configurations and solutions.
- User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in the transition to Dynamics 365 Finance.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants,



and clients to ensure the system meets business needs and deliverables are met.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all configurations and implementations adhere to industry standards, legal compliance, and best practices in financial management.

Who You Are

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Finance, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
- Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance solutions in a full project lifecycle.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 Fundamentals (ERP) and D365 Finance Functional consultant Associate

Preferred Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and its integration with Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Knowledge of financial accounting practices and industry standards.
