What You'll Do

- Counsel prospective learners on online UG & PG degree programs.
- Connect with leads through calls, emails, chats, demos, and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates' educational and career aspirations and recommend the right programs.
- Manage the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Effectively use CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.

What We're Looking For

- 15 years of experience in B2C sales (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer operations.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
