We are looking for an experienced Architect with a solid background in high-rise residential projects.

Candidates with prior Real Estate industry experience should apply.

Job Location: Bhowanipore Near Chakraberia Bus Stop, or Netaji Bhawan metro

Office Time: 10 AM - 6:30 PM Mon to Fri

10 AM - 6:30 PM Sat

Requirements:

- B.Arch degree
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in design coordination, consultant management & site execution
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory), Revit, SketchUp & MS Office
- Familiarity with KMC approvals & statutory regulations is preferred

Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

2. Review drawings and manage design coordination.

3. Handle consultant submissions, approvals, and documentation.

4. Prepare area statements and support statutory approvals.

5. Conduct site visits and resolve execution issues.

6. Monitor project progress, schedules, and compliance with building regulations.
