Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes.
- Work on Payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and personnel calculations.
- Handle Payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Configure and support Time Management, Leave Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
- Work on payroll integration with Finance, Benefits, and SuccessFactors systems.
- Support payroll reconciliation, testing, defect fixes, and production issues.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
- SAP HCM Payroll Certification (preferred).
- Experience in global payroll implementations/support projects.




- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Functions Operations.
- Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Experience in Time Management and Leave Administration.
- Understanding of statutory payroll requirements and payroll reporting.
- Experience in integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Positive client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
