Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop executive dashboards and scorecards across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Operations and HRBuild automated reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- Establish a single source of truth for business metrics and reporting.
- Create drill-through and self-service reporting capabilities for business users.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of dashboarding solutions.
- Analyze trends, performance drivers, and business outcomes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Conduct revenue, profitability, pricing, customer, sales funnel, and productivity analyses.




- Develop predictive and scenario-based analyses to support planning and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to convert data into actionable recommendations.
- Support root-cause analysis and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain scalable semantic models, datasets, and analytical frameworks.
- Design and optimize Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and reporting architecture.
- Develop advanced SQL solutions including stored procedures, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning
