What You’ll Do

- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from requisition to onboarding for government clients.
- Candidate sourcing: Use Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to identify qualified IT professionals.
- Pipeline development: Maintain pools of cleared and compliant candidates ready for contract opportunities.
- Screening and qualification: Ensure candidates meet technical skills and eligibility requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with managers to define role requirements, salary ranges, and contract terms.
- Negotiation:



Align candidate pay rates with client budgets and agency standards.
- Interview coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with client hiring panels.
- Data management: Keep recruitment data updated in ATS and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
- Relationship building: Foster long-term connections with candidates and vendors to enhance agency performance.

What You’ll Need

- Recruitment experience: 3–5 years in U.S. IT recruitment, specifically with state and public sector clients.
- Process knowledge: Strong understanding of state processes and public sector documentation.
- Technical sourcing: Proven ability to source across IT domains.
- ATS proficiency: Skilled in managing applicant tracking systems.
- Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Hiring structures: Experience with W2 and C2C models.
- Visa knowledge: Familiarity with H1B, GC, OPT, CPT visa categories.
- Multitasking ability: Capable of handling multiple requisitions under strict deadlines.
