Role & responsibilities

- Administer employee compensation structures, salary revisions, promotions, and annual increment processes.
- Support compensation benchmarking using market salary surveys and internal pay analysis.
- Prepare salary fitments, compensation proposals, and cost impact analysis.
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, and other welfare schemes.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing and timely payouts.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, and Labour Laws.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics related to compensation, payroll, headcount, and benefits.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy for compensation and employee records.




- Support annual budgeting, manpower cost planning, and compensation forecasting.
- Assist in policy formulation and implementation related to compensation and employee benefits.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, taxation, and reimbursements.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits

Preferred candidate profile

- 57 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
- Experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
