Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.).

Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns in compliance with applicable laws.

Assist in Income Tax compliance, including advance tax calculations and documentation.

Reconcile GST, TDS, bank accounts, and vendor/customer ledgers.

Prepare MIS reports, monthly financial statements, and cash flow reports.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.





Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain proper documentation.

Support payroll accounting and other finance-related activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.

3 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

Proficiency in Tally Prime.

Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.

Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.

Familiarity with payroll processing.

Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting practices.
