Role Overview

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with hands-on experience supporting production systems, handling deployments, troubleshooting issues across application, server, network, and database layers, and working in a high-availability environment. The role requires strong debugging skills, exposure to CI/CD deployments, and the ability to respond effectively to production incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 Application & Production Support for business-critical applications across multiple environments.

- Handle and resolve production issues including application downtime, performance degradation, deployment failures, and database-related incidents.

- Follow a structured incident management and troubleshooting approach during production outages.

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues using application and server logs.

- Perform manual deployments and support release activities across environments.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for application deployments and rollbacks.

- Perform application and server installations from scratch and support configuration activities.

- Debug network latency and connectivity issues using standard network tools and commands.

- Work with messaging systems such as Kafka / RabbitMQ at an application or monitoring/support level.





- Provide Oracle Database support, including query execution and production issue troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Application & Production Support in enterprise environments.

- Strong experience handling production incidents and performing root cause analysis.

- Hands-on experience in log analysis using tools/commands such as grep, tail, ELK, or similar.

- Experience with manual deployments and release support.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Experience in application/server installations and setting setup.

- Good understanding of network troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, netstat, curl, etc.).

- Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ (application awareness or monitoring/support level).

- Working experience with Oracle DB, including SQL queries and production support activities.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.

- Ability to work under pressure in production environments.

- Clear communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
