Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products that meet company standards.

- Supervise sales team members, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and performance expectations.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.

- Ensure compliance with loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and maintain a secure setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel industry preferred).

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
