Key Responsibilities
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly (DWM) planning of manpower and materials for the MC Shop.
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Coordinate manpower allocation for optimum machine utilization and operational efficiency.
- Track production performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure smooth workflow by maintaining material availability and minimizing downtime.
