Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with CAD design experience – UG NX / CATIA

Advanced Surface Modeling /Assembly Modeling using UG NX-Sheet metals

DMU Analysis

Teamcenter (TC) / PLM / EBOM

DVPR & DFMEA

Vendor Development / SCM

Design for manufacturing

Issue resolution for process & performance related issues

Weight & Cost optimization on Front end , Ctr floor & RR floor.

Knowledge in GD&T;, Sheet Materials

Knowledge on Sheet metal welding process

Robust modelling techniques

Knowledge of Welding fixture design, Gun access study, Painting and sealing process requirement
