We’re looking for passionate sales professionals who can build strong networks, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across regions. What You’ll Do Manage and grow sales in the Emulsion and Powder Coating product lines within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in both retail and institutional segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
Manage existing key accounts, ensuring consistent business engagement and satisfaction.
Prepare and execute territory sales plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain) for customer service excellence.
Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines.
Prepare periodic MIS reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in the Paints/Coatings industry
Strong in Key Account or Territory Sales Management Excellent communication and relationship skills
