Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager /KAM. Experience: 5- 8 years in the related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure optimum warehouse space utilization and efficient material flow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Implement warehouse best practices to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO and inventory control procedures where applicable.
- Manage inventory of returnable pallets, crates, bins, containers, and other reusable packaging assets.
- Monitor asset movement, circulation, recovery, and utilization across customer locations.
- Minimize asset losses, damage, and shrinkage through effective tracking and control measures.
- Coordinate repair, refurbishment, cleaning, and quality inspection of returnable packaging assets.
- Optimize packaging pool availability to support customer demand.
- Plan daily warehouse and transportation activities to meet customer service levels.
- Coordinate with transport providers, customers, and internal teams for timely deliveries and collections.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.




- Ensure adherence to customer service commitments and operational SLAs.
- Support network optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors, shift leaders, and warehouse associates.
- Allocate manpower efficiently across warehouse activities.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, statutory regulations, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles.
- Investigate operational incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, and inventory handling processes.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives where applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
