Position: Manager – New Product Development (NPD)

Location: KAG Factory, Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh

Key Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in NPD, specifically in dry blends (proteins/premixes)

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Technology or a related discipline

Solid quantitative aptitude and Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to manage formulation trials, data analysis, and scale-up from lab to production

Responsibilities Lead the development of new dry blended products from concept to commercialization

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and procurement

Conduct lab trials, maintain documentation, and support regulatory compliance
