We are looking for a motivated Junior Machine Reliability Engineer to support its Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring services. The role involves conducting vibration analysis, diagnosing machine health, preparing technical reports, and working closely with industrial customers to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct vibration analysis and condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
Collect, analyze, and interpret vibration and machine health data.
Identify machine faults such as: Bearing defects, Misalignment, Unbalance, Looseness, Gear defects, Mechanical resonance, Cavitation
Prepare condition monitoring reports and provide maintenance recommendations.
Support predictive maintenance programs across customer plants.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to improve machine reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and service records.
Assist with the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of vibration monitoring systems, when required.
Travel to customer sites for inspections, condition assessments, and reliability evaluations.

Fluency in Telugu is highly preferred for customer interactions.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
