The ideal candidate should have experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, SQL databases, and customer-focused technical solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to design, implement, and support scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with internal and third-party applications.

Support cloud-based deployments and application integrations.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Work closely with development teams during implementation and testing.

Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and deployment guides.

Optimize SQL queries and maintain database performance.

Assist customers during onboarding, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Participate in product demonstrations and technical discussions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Familiarity with JSON, XML,



and web services.

Basic understanding of networking concepts, authentication, and security.

Knowledge of Git and version control systems.

Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes.

Basic scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, or JavaScript.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of microservices architecture.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Knowledge of Linux environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Cloud, APIs, or SQL are an added advantage.
