About The Role We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Solution Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, SQL databases, and customer-focused technical solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to design, implement, and support scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with internal and third-party applications.
- Support cloud-based deployments and application integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with development teams during implementation and testing.
- Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Optimize SQL queries and maintain database performance.
- Assist customers during onboarding, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Participate in product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML,



and web services.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, authentication, and security.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes.
- Basic scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of Linux environments.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, APIs, or SQL are an added advantage.
