Role

We're looking for a Junior Site Coordinator to assist in the execution of landscaping projects across Bengaluru. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in project execution and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities at project sites.

Supervise gardeners, technicians, and contractors.

Ensure work is executed as per design, timeline, and quality standards.

Track material usage and coordinate deliveries.

Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.





Communicate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and timely project completion.

Requirements

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel across project sites in Bengaluru.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is good to have.

Interest in landscaping, gardening, or construction is an added advantage.

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (including performance-based variable pay)
