We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Junior SEO Executives to join our dynamic team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies across a diverse portfolio of client accounts to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and website performance. You will work closely with content, design, and development teams to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Client Management: Successfully manage, optimise, and scale SEO campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously across various industries.

Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research, intent mapping, and competitor gap analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

On-Page & Technical Optimisation: Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures. Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Execute ethical, high-quality link-building strategies and digital PR outreach to build authoritative backlinks.

SEO Audits & Recommendations:



Conduct regular technical and content SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for site enhancements.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).

Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content writers to brief, review, and optimise content for search engines and user intent.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly SEO performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, search trends, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background managing multiple clients is a strong plus).

Core SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO pillars.

Tool Proficiency: Working experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and keyword research tools.

SEO Software: Familiarity with industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.

Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.

Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location Preference: Willingness to work in office from our Ghatkopar, Mumbai office.
