Role Description The Junior Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role supports end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

- Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing pipelines, schedules, and recruitment documentation.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment and interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role is an advantage.
