Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Product Manager with 2 years of experience to support the planning, development, and enhancement of Avèro's advisory products and AIenabled solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior product leaders, consultants, engineers, and public sector stakeholders to translate business needs into product capabilities that improve government operations. Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Support product strategy and contribute to the evolution of Avèro's advisory products and digital solutions.
- Assist in maintaining the product roadmap by tracking priorities, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature prioritization under the guidance of senior product leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on public sector technology trends and emerging solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineering teams,



and stakeholders to ensure successful feature delivery.
- Assist with product demonstrations, testing, user acceptance activities, and release planning.
- Track product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between business, technology, and client expectations.

Required

Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, SaaS, or public sector technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and product management principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, or functional documentation is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a product management career within a consulting environment.
