Role Description The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of market research and outsourcing projects for clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune District and involves assisting senior project managers with scheduling, resource allocation, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include tracking project milestones, following up on deliverables, monitoring logistics and expediting activities, and ensuring documentation and reports are accurate and timely.

The role requires close collaboration with analysts,



operations staff, and quality teams to maintain project quality, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.

The Junior Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvements and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in project coordination and Project Management, including scheduling, tracking tasks, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions, such as following up on orders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project components.

Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and basic quality checks, helping to verify that deliverables meet defined standards and client requirements.

Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management, including coordinating shipments, documentation, and resource movements related to project activities.

Relevant skills and qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or entry-level experience in project or operations roles is an advantage.
