Role Description

This is a full-time in office Junior Patent Analyst role located in Kolkata at TCG Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. The Junior Patent Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to patent preparation, analytical skills, understanding patent law,



assessing patentability, and conducting competitive intelligence in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

- Patent Drafting, Filing & Prosecution
- Analytical Skills and Competitive Intelligence
- Knowledge on Patentability searches
- Knowledge on FTO Searches and drafting Opinions
- Patent Landscape Searches and drafting reports
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry/ M.Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience in patent analysis
- Understanding the Intellectual property laws of India, USA and Europe
