Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems including Windows and Mac and basic support for Linux systems.

Install and maintain productivity applications and collaboration tools.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, and email-related issues.

Assist users with account access, password resets, and user account support.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding including device setup and access provisioning.

Maintain IT asset inventory and update asset management records.

Assist in endpoint management activities such as system updates, patch management, and device monitoring.

Perform antivirus monitoring and basic security checks on endpoints.

Provide basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.

Maintain IT documentation and update support records through ticketing or issue tracking systems.

Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors for issue escalation when required.

Assist with vendor coordination for IT procurement including hardware purchases and software license tracking.

Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with office productivity suites, email platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Basic understanding of VPN connectivity and remote access troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Exposure to user account management and directory services.
- Familiarity with endpoint management platforms or device management tools.
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices and IT policies.
- Experience with IT asset management and documentation systems.
- Internship or project experience in IT support is an added advantage.
