Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer to design and deliver exceptional residential interior spaces. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, create functional and aesthetically appealing designs, prepare presentations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, budget, and design requirements.
- Develop creative and functional residential interior design concepts.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and 2D/3D design presentations.
- Create detailed drawings, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales, project, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and design validation.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furnishings.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Support project execution by resolving design-related queries during installation.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Experience in modular home interiors is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential space planning and interior design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and residential interior solutions.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and color schemes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in premium residential interior projects.
- Customer-centric approach with solid attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within Chennai as required.

Age Limit - Below 31 Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
