Job Summary

BIMSTUDIO is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record management.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Handle office administration, vendor coordination,



and office supplies.
- Maintain reports, records, and confidential employee information.
- Support payroll inputs and other HR operational activities.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or Administration.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
