We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and basic video editing skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and work on exciting digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, and digital marketing materials.

- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics for social media.

- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.

- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.

- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality.

- Assist in brainstorming new campaign ideas and creative concepts.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.

- Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition,



and layout.

- Basic knowledge of video editing, transitions, audio syncing, and colour correction.

- Creativity with attention to detail.

- Good communication and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn creatives.

- Basic knowledge of Canva and AI-powered creative tools.

- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
