Role Purpose

Role holder is responsible for timely delivery of Horticulture plans. Share timely updates with the Management on Horticulture project progress, costs, performance & future requirements. Liaison with Local authorities. Ensure proper adherence of SOPs.

Key Responsibilities Delivery & Maintenance - Maintaining Horticulture supplies (plantations, equipments, & other maintenance elements) at project level as per design & forecasted plans. Observation on methods of plant maintenance.

Maintain

Horticulture supply levels, quality & maintenance service standards aiming towards standardization.

Stakeholder

Management - Liaison with locals & local authorities as per requirement from Corporate Office. MIS & Reporting - Ensure timely Horticulture project progress reports to the relevant stakeholders.

Indicative

Experience and Exposure Education - Bachelor in Horticulture (BSc/B.Tech), Masters in Horticulture (MSc/M.Tech).

Experience - 8-10 years of experience with Bachelor in related field, 6-8 years of experience with Masters in related field.
