Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Electrical Engineer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Junior Electrical

Engineer will support the design and development of electrical systems related to Power Resistor products, including reviewing specifications, preparing schematics, and assisting in product testing and validation. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior engineers, performing basic calculations and simulations for power systems, and supporting efforts to ensure product safety and compliance with relevant standards. The role also involves coordinating with production teams to resolve technical issues on the shop floor, documenting engineering work, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.





The engineer will participate in client-specific customisation projects, helping adapt designs to meet unique application and performance requirements. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity principles.

Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including reading and creating electrical schematics and layouts.

Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, with exposure to analysis and basic protection concepts.

Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, including knowledge of distribution components and safety practices.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Ability to use basic electrical design and analysis tools (e.g., CAD software, simulation tools) is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Willingness to learn, follow standard operating procedures, and adapt to a manufacturing environment.

Prior internship or project experience in power systems or industrial electrical applications is beneficial.

SKILLS REQUIRED : ELECTRICAL CAD, SUBSTATION DESIGN, T&D;, EARTHING SOLUTIONS, FACTS, HVDC, FAT AS PER IEC & IEEE STD.
