As we continue to expand our operations and workforce, As we continue to expand our operations and workforce, we are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our team PRIME FUNCTION To support production operations by ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

/ Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing daily production activities as per schedules

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve machine breakdowns and reduce downtime

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

Support implementation of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives

Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and suggest corrective actions

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements

Participate in audits and support corrective/preventive actions

Work closely with quality, maintenance,



and supply chain teams AUTHORITY Authority to report and escalate production issues to senior engineers or supervisors

Authority to recommend process improvements and corrective actions

Limited decision-making authority in day-to-day operational adjustments under supervision JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY Educational Qualification Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering or related field.

Experience 0-2 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing workplace.

Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning

Understanding of quality standards and safety practices

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office and production-related software

Willingness to work in shifts PERFORMANCE MEASURES Achievement of production targets (quantity and quality)

Reduction in machine downtime and production losses

Adherence to safety and quality standards
