About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Brand Strategist who is passionate about consumer insights, brand building, and creative problem-solving. In this role, you will support the strategy team in developing insight-led communication strategies, campaign ideas, and brand solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing brand and communication strategies based on client briefs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies.
- Gather and analyze industry trends, cultural shifts, and audience behavior to inform strategic recommendations.
- Support the creation of campaign strategies, creative briefs, and brand positioning documents.
- Collaborate with Creative, Client Servicing, Media, and Influencer teams to build integrated marketing solutions.
- Help prepare pitch decks, presentations, and strategic proposals.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated with digital, social media, and emerging marketing trends.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Planning, Brand Solutions,



Marketing, or a similar role within a digital, advertising, or creative agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience with consumer research and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools and research platforms is an added advantage.
